We will gladly replace or correct the item at no cost when reported within this timeframe. Due to the custom nature of our products, issues reported after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund. In some cases, a one time courtesy replacement may be offered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
